QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

·         Currently licensed in New York State.

·         Two years of comprehensive nursing experience.

·         Valid driver’s license and transportation.

·         Demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial skills.

·         Must be physically able to lift, transfer and position patient as needed.

·         Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.

·         Demonstrated skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.

·         Commitment to Hospice philosophy as enumerated in Employee Organizational Standards.
