How to Make a Donation

Community donations are the lifeblood of Hospice of the North Country. Medicare reimbursement rarely covers the full costs incurred by the needs of our hospice patients. We are so appreciative of the support shown us by the North Country Community.

Please consider a charitable donation to Hospice of the North Country.  We can take credit card donations over the website by clicking on the Donate button. This utilizes a Secure Server via Paypal and we accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS we can with an easy telephone call.

 

If you would like to make a donation in memory or honor of someone or would like notification to be sent to family, please indicate all information in the “Add Special Instructions to Seller”. To do so, after clicking the button that states “Continue and Review Donation” Click on the blue underlined area that states “Add Special Instructions to Seller”. A memo box will appear. Please indicate any special instruction in this box.
