Light up a Life

Our Light up a Life campaign is underway at the Champlain Centre Mall! We will make many special memories during this holiday season and we will reminisce about the special people we have shared amazing moments with. It’s in this spirit that we invite you to participate in this year’s campaign to honor the memory of your loved ones. Your gift is important to us as it allows us to continue providing end-of-life care for our patients and support for their families. For a donation of any amount you can remember and celebrate those who were a special part of your life by writing their name on a heart and then hanging it on the Memory Tree at the mall display. Many area organizations and individuals have supported the campaign for several years and this year continues to reflect the generosity of those living in the North Country. Be sure to check out the raffle items as you memorialize your loved ones.
